We represented the plaintiff in a putative class action in Cothran v. Adams, et al. (M.D. Fla. Mar. 9, 2023). Our client was a former participant in the Electric Supply ESOP. The fiduciaries of this ESOP invested a significant portion of its assets in cash, rather than in an investment that would grow participants’ retirement savings. We sued to recover the participants' lost benefits.
